**Responsibilities for an Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to: **
+ Perform general office duties including file management, scheduling meetings and presentations, and preparing expense reports
+ Handle driver files, maintain correspondence, and resolve discrepancies as needed
+ Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; demonstrate exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
+ Interface with all internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
**Candidates for Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered: **
+ Previous secretarial and general office experience required
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent organizational skills
+ Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a high degree of accuracy
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
+ Strong analytical skills and mathematical aptitude

**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
