Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Summary:
Procurement Specialist position at P&G CETL requires the ability to multi task in a fast paced, professional work environment. This occupation has a multitude of functions from providing quick, friendly customer service, the aptitude to maintain databases, a high level of organization and the ability to use a variety of computer applications. The individual must be articulate and poses a strong sense of communication, both written and verbally. It is crucial that this person be flexible and able to adapt to a continually changing work environment. Strong math skills and attention to detail are required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Procurement· Requisition Purchase Orders· Initiate and track P-card transactions· Investigate & troubleshoot issues with PO’s/orders· Maintain PO’s (archive, update and close)· Track spending of PO’s and credit card orders· Confirm orders and services for payment· Ensure payment to vendors· Work with Sourcing BuyersVendor Relations
· Point of contact between vendor and P&G CETL Purchasing
· Enter new vendor information into system
· Update vendor information
· Maintain good standing rapport with vendors
· Trouble shoot issues with payments and orders.
Customer (P&G) Relations
· Timely response to questions, concerns and needs
· Collaborate with Procurement Processing Center (Costa Rica) to ensure smooth progression of front and backend Procurement systems.
· Training of new purchasing applications and processes
· Work one-on-one with engineers to ensure accuracy of orders and services
Development of P&G CETL Centralized Purchasing
· Streamlining Purchasing to a central source at P&G CETL
· Collaborating in creating digital purchases software and tracking system (Quickbase)
· Convert CETL Purchasing from paper based system to electronic ordering system.

Physical Requirements:
Required to sit, use hands to fingers, handle or feel and talk to hear. Frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Specific visions abilities require by this job include close vision, and color vision. Ability to lift 25 pounds on a non-repetitive basis.

Corporate office and High and Low Bay environment inside P&G R&D Center
