Description Our client in Mystic, Connecticut, is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support their thriving team. Calendar Management: Schedule meetings and appointments, organize calendars, and ensure timely follow-ups. Document Handling: Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, presentations, and reports as needed. Data Entry: Accurately input and update records within company systems and databases. Event Coordination: Assist with planning and logistics for company meetings, events, and other activities. Customer Interaction: Support clients and visitors by providing information and resolving inquiries in a detail oriented manner. General Office Operations: Help oversee inventory, order supplies, and ensure office spaces remain organized and functional. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience or relevant coursework/training. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in data entry and attention to deadlines. Multitasking: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with professionalism. Team-Oriented: Friendly and adaptable with a collaborative mindset. Experience with office equipment and familiarity with administrative best practices is preferred.
