Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant supports the general administrative functions of a wide variety of administrative tasks including answering phones, preparing documents and reports, compiling records, scheduling meetings, organizing, and maintaining information, coordinating calendars, analyzing data, and providing general office support.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities, Qualifications
Provide administrative support to leaders to enable day-to-day operations for their teams and initiativesAssist with project coordination within the teamHandle and maintain confidential and sensitive informationMeeting organization: Manage calendars, showing flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust and prioritize schedulesCommunicate routine and general information about standard services, processes, and procedures using prescribed or established guidelinesPartner with the team to build efficiencies and improve alignment and communicationReceive, process, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and materialsMaintain and update mailing lists; organize and implement mass mailingsPerform routine data entry and MISC entry of Purchase OrdersReview of yearly supplier contracts and ensure annual rebates are receivedMaintain Online accounts as well as creation of new user ID’sCompile routine documents, records, and reportsPrepare correspondence, reports, and other documentsMinimum of a high school diplomaMinimum 1 to 3 years of experience in administration or customer serviceWorking knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)Working knowledge of various office equipment (computer, scanner, etc.)The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
