Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing essential administrative tasks including invoicing and billing processes. You will serve as the first point of contact, answering and directing incoming front desk phone calls in a courteous and professional manner, while also greeting and assisting customers and visitors, ensuring a welcoming front office environment. You will provide general office support and perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.

This role is performed onsite, providing lots of personal interaction within a fun and collaborative team environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
