Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including registering members for events and assisting in registration process, ensuring Member website is up to date, maintaining records, and handling general office duties. Assist in the setting up and execution of club events, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding experience for members and guests. Serve as liaison between departments to facilitate seamless coordination of club activities, special events, and member services. Greet and assist members and guests with professionalism, responding to inquiries and providing information about club amenities, programs, and events. Maintain a well-organized workspace and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.Qualifications & Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Ability to multitask and work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment. 3 – 5 years’ experience in administrative roles, hospitality, and event coordination preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools. This full-time position reports to the Director of Membership Operations, and operate in an in-person professional office environment in Napa, California.
