Administrative Assistant
Description Key Responsibilities + Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of a business office by ordering supplies, managing files, and maintaining general upkeep (Source: Robert Half). + Calendar Management: Schedule and arrange meetings, appointments, and events for team members and executives. + Communication: Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence via email, phone, and other channels. + Data Entry and Reporting: Input data, maintain databases, and create reports for tracking and project analysis purposes. + Document Handling: Prepare, edit, and organize documents, presentation decks, and spreadsheets. + Customer Service Support: Act as a first point of contact, managing inquiries, directing calls, and providing general office support. + Problem Solving: Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and projects to overcome any organizational bottlenecks. + Technology Support: Operate and troubleshoot office systems, including productivity software (Microsoft Office Suite) and scheduling platforms like Outlook or Salesforce. Requirements Requirements + Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and great communication skills (Source: Robert Half Job Description). + Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software platforms, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database systems like CRM tools. + Experience: Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or customer support role is often preferred. + Education: High school diploma required; an associate degree or certification in office administration is a plus.
