Job Description
This position involves the meticulous processing of regional service maintenance agreements, covering new agreements, renewals, and credits. You will be responsible for site and equipment updates, customer account updates, and contract invoicing.
ResponsibilitiesProcess all regional service contracts.Ensure contract capture awareness.Review daily interface reports.Update technician and customer information.Generate and reschedule PMs regularly.Administer assigned national accounts.Manage new item query reports.Handle third-party software support billing.Enter new sites and site changes.Review and update customer interface error reports.Set up default place/zip/postal codes.Train new employees.Update process documents.Provide backup support for contract specialists and customer maintenance specialists.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsStrong attention to detail.Reliable employee.Ability to multitask effectively.Experience in contract administration and ERP systems.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common legal documents.Proficient in responding to inquiries or complaints from customers or business members.Effective presentation skills for management.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma with two to three years of related experience or training.JD Edwards experience is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid model out of Watertown, with a preference for two days onsite. The work environment fosters values of value creation, self-starting initiative, collaboration, integrity, and personal growth.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
