Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Clerk to support our Supply Chain Department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth logistics operations, accurate transaction tracking, and efficient coordination of shipping and receiving activities.
ResponsibilitiesTrack incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt.Verify shipping documents, packing lists, and delivery notes.Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to schedule deliveries and pickups.Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and supply chain transactions.Assist in data entry for purchase orders, invoices, and inventory adjustments.Reconcile discrepancies in shipping, receiving, and inventory records.Support offloading and loading operations by preparing documentation and communicating with drivers and warehouse staff.Liaise with freight carriers and vendors to resolve delivery issues.Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics.Prepare and maintain supply chain reports and documentation.Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing supply chain records.Provide general administrative support to the supply chain and logistics teams.Essential Skills1–2 years of experience in an administrative or logistics support role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in logistics or business administration is a plus.Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.Work Environment
This is a fully in-office position in a manufacturing setting.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
