Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Woburn, Massachusetts. This role is pivotal in supporting our human resources operations and ensuring that organizational policies and processes align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Coordinate training programs and development initiatives to enhance staff skills.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR functions with organizational goals. Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ Experience: 1-3 years of administrative experience within a professional office setting is highly desirable.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and external entities.
+ Organization: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
+ Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when processing documentation or managing schedules.
