Key Responsibilities: + Provide administrative support to managers and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating correspondence. + Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy. + Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency. + Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships. + Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining office equipment. + Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports as needed. Requirements Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred. + Proven experience in an administrative role or related position. + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office-related software. + Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
