Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors, providing top-tier customer service.
+ Manage and maintain property-related documents, including leases, invoices, contracts, and compliance reports.
+ Schedule and coordinate property maintenance, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
+ Handle tenant communications, including responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and disseminating information.
+ Assist with budget tracking, financial reporting, and vendor payments.
+ Support property managers with daily operations and special projects as needed.
+ Maintain accurate records in property management systems and databases.
Qualifications
+ Proven experience in administrative or property management support roles.
+ Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is a plus.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Requirements • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with scheduling and appointment management.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
