Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant (AA) to join our dynamic Development Company. In this role, you'll provide vital administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day activities. You will work closely with internal departments, assist with project coordination, and manage a variety of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
+ Manage daily schedules, calendars, and meeting arrangements for department staff.
+ Prepare, proofread, and edit documents and reports.
+ Handle correspondence via email, phone, and mail, including distributing communications as needed.
Data Management:
+ Maintain and organize files, records, and office systems.
+ Enter and update information in databases with accuracy and efficiency.
Project Assistance:
+ Support project managers with logistics, timelines, and deliverables.
+ Coordinate meetings and follow up on project-related tasks.
Operational Tasks:
+ Oversee office supply inventories and place orders when necessary.
+ Ensure proper function of office equipment and maintain a tidy workspace.
Communication:
+ Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients.
+ Disseminate clear and timely updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills Required:
+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ Experience: 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience, ideally in a development or similar environment.
+ Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
+ Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
+ Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs and adapt to an evolving work environment.
