Administrative Assistant
Description Our client, a well-established and fast-paced organization, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. Key Responsibilities + Coordinate daily office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence with professionalism. + Create, edit, and organize important documentation, including spreadsheets, presentations, contracts, and other business materials. + Manage calendars, book meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements while ensuring efficient use of time and resources. + Accurately input data into systems and generate reports as needed to support management or team decision-making. + Track office inventory and manage supply orders to keep the workspace fully operational. + Support various teams or departments with ad hoc projects that range from scheduling events to preparing materials for meetings. + Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders when needed, ensuring a high level of customer service. Requirements + 2+ years of experience in an administrative role or related field. + High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic familiarity with office equipment (e.g., copiers, printers, scanners). + Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities. + A proactive thinker who can anticipate needs and resolve issues effectively. + High degree of discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
