Administrative Assistant (Hybrid - Toronto) Description - Support and facilitate client transfers between advisors - Open and set up client accounts - Follow up on transfers - Additional tasks include policy review escalation management - Primary focus on opening client accounts and transfers Qualifications Must Have Requirements: - 1 years previous banking operations experience involved in account openings transfers ideally in Wealth Operations but open to everyday banking operations - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word - Savvy with technology and data - Experience in escalations and policy review Nice to Have: - Motivated to learn - Interest in learning platforms - Previous customer service experience - Bilingual - French English Education: - Post-Secondary Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
