Job Description & Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Aggregation of information from different departments for managing stuff
Preparation Expense reports and Liquidation forms
Coordinating taxi requests and business travel arrangements
Prepare and format reports, presentations and other documents as needed
Maintain organized and accurate files and documentation. Coordination with the finance department for collecting, organising and exchange of documents
Schedule and organize department/personal meetings
Internal administrative tasks
Administrative support of the engagement projects
Arranging and scheduling of cross-territory meetings
Other ad-hoc tasks from Assurance departments’ staff
Non-routine requests.
Requirements:
Higher education
English (both written and oral) at the level of Upper-Intermediate and above
Advanced PC user (Word, Excel, Google docs/sheet)
Good interpersonal skills
Accurate, responsible, attentive to details
The ability to be flexible to work in a tight deadline, not to be afraid of trying and taking difficult challenges
