Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Administrative Assistant** to work at a facility in **New York, NY.** These are _registry_ positions with our company. **Pay Rate:** $18 / hour *W2 **Shift details:** + Mon.-Fri. **Job Descriptions:** + minimum of 6 months experience with WMS, eMedNY, TABS and Microsoft Office Applications + proven ability to resolve conflicting coding in WMS and eMedNY + proficiency in and daily use of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Excel and Crystal Report Designer + proof of 35 WPM typing speed + ability to perform data entry accurately and promptly + ability to learn new databases and proprietary computer systems + ability to prepare professional correspondence, forms or other documents in draft and final form using information obtained in the agency's databases and files + ability to work well with others, including those with developmental disabilities, in an office environment + professional verbal and written skills as shown by office experience with previous employers + ability to prioritize and multi-task + ability to maintain confidentially of all information and follow HIPPA guidelines + proven ability to complete general office duties including but not limited to filing, answering multi line telephones, copying, scanning, operating standard office machinery, e-faxing and opening, distributing and sending postal mail **Benefits:** -Medical -Dental -Vision -Term Life -Short-Term Disability Coverage -401K If interested, please apply through this job post.
