Administrative Assistant
Description Our client is a mission-driven non-profit organization dedicated to creating meaningful impact in the community through advocacy, education, and support services. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their team and support day-to-day operations that help drive their mission forward. The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. This individual will be the first point of contact for many stakeholders, requiring a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of discretion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and passionate about supporting non-profit initiatives. Key Responsibilities: + Provide administrative support to executive leadership and program staff + Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner + Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics for internal and external events + Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials + Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical) and ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents + Assist with data entry, donor records, and database maintenance + Support grant and fundraising efforts by organizing documentation and tracking deadlines + Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed + Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the organization’s goals Requirements + 2+ years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a non-profit or mission-driven environment + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) + Strong organizational and time management skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment + High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity + Experience with donor databases or CRM software is a plus TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
