Administrative Assistant
Description We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to support our executive and property management teams. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing administrative functions, maintaining accurate records, supporting communications, and coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders. Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership and property managers Prepare and manage documents, reports, correspondence, and presentations Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements Serve as a liaison between property management staff, tenants, vendors, and clients Assist with lease administration, including document tracking and filing Support budgeting processes, invoice tracking, and basic financial reporting Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Help coordinate property inspections, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation Ensure a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service Requirements 5+ years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years in property management or real estate preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with property management software a plus (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) Exceptional communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
