Description Robert Half is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic an Admin assistant to support a youth education program. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with students, leading group activities, and fostering a safe, engaging learning environment. This role is located in the Oakhurst area near Fresno and is a long-term, Monday through Friday temporary position. Key Responsibilities: + Support and supervise students in both small and large group settings + Lead academic, craft, play, or enrichment activities + Set up and clean up program spaces and materials + Promote a positive, respectful, and safe learning environment + Collaborate with peers and education staff + Maintain professional conduct and strong communication with students, parents, and team members + Enforce program rules and student behavior expectations + Assist with daily transportation using a company vehicle + Support meal and snack preparation + Attend trainings, meetings, and special events as needed Requirements + Enjoys working with youth in a hands-on, supportive capacity + Has strong organizational and communication skills + Demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude + Previous experience in a school or youth program setting is a plus TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
