Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth office operations while assisting the general manager and other team members. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational and communication skills to contribute to the success of a dynamic workplace.
Responsibilities:
• Support the general manager by handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including filing, typing, scanning, and copying.
• Manage office projects by scheduling and assigning tasks, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers and newsletters to support organizational communication efforts.
• Maintain office supply levels by monitoring inventory, placing orders, and ensuring timely restocking.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information to team members and external stakeholders.
• Enhance team productivity by organizing schedules, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
• Offer concierge services and assist customers with inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.
• Foster growth within the administrative team by sharing knowledge and identifying opportunities for development. Requirements
• Proficiency in managing schedules and calendars to maximize team efficiency.
• Ability to assist customers and provide exceptional service in a setting that values precision and detail.
• Fluency in Spanish, including translation skills, to support bilingual communication needs.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Prior experience in creating marketing materials such as flyers or newsletters is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to anticipate and meet office supply needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
