Administrative Assistant- 3 Months contract
**Description:** At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences. This person must maintain calendars/meetings schedules and liaise with customers. Organizational skills, computer proficiency, and communication skills are a must. Duties Include: + Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using Microsoft suite. + Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. + Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. + Greet and assist visitors. + Complete various additional tasks and assignments as needed. **Qualifications:** + Minimum Diploma/Associate in Human Resource Management or related field. + Experience in Event planning, + Two or more years of human resource or management experience is preferred. + Refined verbal and written communication skills + Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. + A high level of Emotional Intelligence. **Primary Location:** TT-TTI-Port of Spain **Organization:** Hyatt Regency Trinidad **Pay Basis:** Hourly **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Administrative **Req ID:** POR002216 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
