ResponsibilitiesPerform complex administrative functions for management, including external business partners.Manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and process business expenses.Coordinate meetings, events, and department financial operations.Manage procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment and office supplies.Provide general office support and serve as the department/group contact.Complete special projects as assigned.Manage calendars for two engineers, requiring complex scheduling.Coordinate team dinners and meetups every 6-8 weeks in Redmond.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in a tech industry.Proven experience in calendar management and scheduling for at least 2 years.Experience using Slack for at least 2 years.Proficient in Microsoft Office with standard Excel skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in administrative support, event planning, and travel coordination.Experience in a similar industry or adjacent roles is preferred.No specific degrees or certifications required.Work Environment
This is a hybrid position requiring 4-5 days onsite in Redmond each week. The role operates Monday to Friday, with a 40-hour workweek. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, focusing on AI product development. Dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr.
