Job Description

This role provides an exciting opportunity to offer administrative support to leaders and their teams, acting as a vital conduit of information. The position is designed to temporarily augment and support the existing resources of a team due to an increased workload.

ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars for multiple leaders.Provide team support including onboarding new members.Coordinate travel arrangements and handle expense reporting.Assist with ordering laptops, event planning, and tracking team budgets or purchase orders.Build and maintain high-quality business relationships with executives and business partners.Ensure confidentiality and organization of sensitive information.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years experience in high-level complex calendar management.Minimum of 3 years experience in budget management.Minimum of 3 years experience with travel and expense coordination.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred, but not required.Experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously.Experience with international teams.Familiarity with Microsoft productivity tools.Work Environment

This position requires onsite work in Redmond, five days a week, adhering to a Monday to Friday schedule with no overtime. The role involves using standard equipment and software.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
