Idaho Health and Social Services Ombudsman Office
The office of the Idaho Health and Social Services Ombudsman Office is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant 1.
Employees in this classification are typically delegated the authority to coordinate non-routine secretarial and clerical activities.
The minimum pay for this position will be $16.81 per hour, but a salary analysis will be performed on the selected candidate.

Example of Duties:
+ Intake and entering cases into the agency's case management software
+ All report generation (including back end set up) from the case management system
+ Data analytics
+ Writing of procedural documents
+ Website content
+ Records retention
Minimum Qualifications:
Good knowledge of:
+ Office support functions including word processing, filing, composing a variety of business documents and front office reception duties
+ Gathering and compiling data
+ Balancing and coordinating a workload for multiple projects
