Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant in supporting our team at our 8 units in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing clerical and secretary duties to help the organization run efficiently.

What will you do?
Provide basic administrative support, which includes coordinating activities and meetings, and contacting team membersPerform routine clerical duties, such as reviewing mail, making copies, and mailing lettersLiaise with internal teams and external partners professionally Assist the HR team with the training and development of Delaware North team membersSupport the team with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.Prepare pre-employment paperwork and initiate the new hire process for incoming associates.Maintain training records; ensure associates receive refresher training when required.Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information
Responsibilities for Disney Florida:
Partnership for International Programs/Cultural Representative Process (details are attached)Work in tandem with Disney and International Services – full petition processProcess requests for Disney housing – arrivals/departuresSend check requests for Visa processing to AP monthlyFacilitate SSN updates post arrivalDisney Traditions coordination/ID and Access ControlPost Traditions, new hires have a photo sent to Access Control at Disney – coordinated by the location coordinatorMonthly roster for all 8 units detailing active team members – ensuring all termed team members have been deactivated with DisneyFull Onboarding experience (full email detailing prior role process attached)
More about youNo high school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 1 year of experience in Support, onboarding, and orientation for new team membersMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Basic math skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills.Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.Working knowledge of HR and employment laws is a plus
