This position performs administrative support for the office and our employees, most of whom work remotely. + The part-time schedule will equal 25 hours per week + Monday – Friday 10am-3pm + This is an on-site position. Transdev is proud to offer: + $21.85/hour + 40 hours of sick leave, including 401(k) with company contribution. Our Administrative Assistant will be responsible for: + Welcoming guests and assisting as the first point of contact for the building + Daily Mail and package handling + Effectively communicating with internal and external customers + Scheduling and preparing for meetings + File management & audits + Ordering supplies and tracking inventory + Office presentation and organization + Preparing training materials and client correspondence + Electronic filing of documents + Communicating with vendors and building management + Drafting memos for staff + Assisting management with other duties as assigned Administrative Assistant requirements: + High School diploma or GED + Oregon or Washington Driver's License + Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs + Customer service experience + Familiar with HIPAA laws + Experience with record keeping, data entry and maintaining filing systems + Work well under pressure to meet deadlines + Organizational skills + Strong attention to detail + Professional demeanor and communication skills, as this role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers + Ability to represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and a welcoming attitude at all times.
