One of our major oil and gas clients is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 12-month assignment in their facilities in Mentone, Texas.
Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant with strong MS Excel and Office skills to support the foreman by managing invoicing, coding, and coordination with field contractors. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and eager to learn, based in Mentone, TX, with experience or willingness to handle invoice tracking and processing.
Responsibilities: Utilize MS Excel and MS Office Suite for daily administrative tasks and data management Support the foreman by coding, tracking, and processing invoices accurately and timely manner Assist with invoicing and coding processes; invoicing. Coordinate effectively with contractors and other foremen in the field, demonstrating strong communication skills Exhibit excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced field office environment ???????Requirements: MS Excel experience MS Office Suite experience Invoicing/coding experience a plus-- will be supporting the foreman with all of his invoices, etc. Ability to support the foreman by coding, tracking, and processing invoices Willing to learn and have good communication skills as they will be coordinating with the contractors and other foremen out in the field Excellent time management and organization skills
