We are looking for an Administrative and Commercial Assistant with French.

Location: Warsaw (our office is located in the Warsaw Spire building)

Operating model: Hybrid work (2 days a week in Warsaw office)

Type of contract: contract of employment

For our expanding Warsaw-based CMG (Capital Market Group) business line we are looking for you as Administrative and Commercial Assistant.
 

Job Description:

Manage financial systems (Invoicing Area, PeopleSoft) and revenue tracking with team managers

Revenue forecast updates

Create and update commercial documents (PowerPoint presentations, valuation reports, property files)

Handle property listings on SeLoger, and consultant activity monitoring

Manage mandates, DocuSign processes, and AREA system updates

Coordinate team meetings, reporting dashboards, administrative and logistic tasks

Support marketing activities tracking and team assistant backup as needed

BIP tracking

Occasional client call handling

 

Requirements:

Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2+)

Cross-functional collaboration skills

Excellent organization and time management skills

Precision and attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proactive attitude and positive mindset

Experience in team support roles is preferred

Knowledge of commercial real estate industry is a plus

High school diploma, business certifications preferred
