Job Description:

Comprehensive administrative support for the teamCalendar, travel, and expense managementTeam meeting organization and documentationCreation of property information materials and market analysisPowerPoint presentation preparationDatabase updates and information managementInvoicing and payment processingTeam collaboration and ad-hoc support

Requirements:

Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2+)High school diploma, business certifications preferredExperience as an administrative assistantExcellent organization and time management skillsPrecision and attention to detailProficiency in MS Office suiteStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProactive attitude and positive mindsetKnowledge of commercial real estate industry is a plus
