About this Role
PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an Administrative Analyst to support our client - Xcel Energy. When PAR set out to offer its electrical construction services, we knew we wanted to become the most trusted contractor of choice in the electrical industry. With great customer service in mind to support our local client (Xcel Energy), we are looking for an Administrative Analyst. • Work office location- Xcel Energy- 1123 W 3rd Ave, Denver CO 80223
What You'll Do
+ Develop in-depth reporting criteria
+ Perform and complete daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements
+ Administer all related function associated with the Damage Claim Process to include but not limited to the following:
+ Analyze and interpret field reports requirements
+ Ability to make billing and liability assessments for damage claims
+ Track open and incomplete reporting requirements
+ Work with Xcel Energy leadership to ensure required data is on time and complete for all damage claims
+ Provide back up and support for Administrative Assistant duties as required
+ Provide back up and support for Business Process Analysis Supervisor
+ Record procurement for field operations.
+ Internal SAP support for Xcel Energy.
What You'll Bring
Must demonstrate the following abilities:
+ Interpret and communicate gas and electric distribution and transmission field and engineering records
+ Strong presentational skills
+ Ability to communicate effectively between Xcel Energy engineering personnel and the excavating community
+ Capability of gathering and analyzing data for reporting accuracy
+ Must have excellent communication and presentational skills
+ Ability to adapt to specialized software programs
+ Keen attention to detail
Education and Experience:
+ Prefer 1-2 years in industry related field
+ General understanding of all associated laws and codes governing Damage Prevention
+ Must possess and understand engineering and construction practices utilized in the construction of gas and electric distribution and transmission systems
+ General understanding of industry standards, processes and utility practices

Compensation Range
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $25.00/Hr. - USD $28.00/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications.
