Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative/Accounting Assistant to join our team. The role involves managing a variety of administrative and accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for handling order entries, managing front desk duties, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting with financial responsibilities such as accounts receivable and payable.

Responsibilities

Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently.Manage front desk duties, including answering customer calls and greeting visitors.Respond to customer requests regarding quotes and shipping updates.Address billing and invoicing questions with professionalism and accuracy.Assist with accounts receivable and payable responsibilities.Prepare budget forecasts and manage financial records.Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy.Ensure timely bank payments and financial transactions.Order office supplies and manage inventory.Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Essential Skills

Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong customer service skills.Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.Excellent organizational and administrative support skills.2+ years of administrative experience.2+ years of accounting experience.High school diploma or GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proficient in using Outlook.Experience with Jobboss internal system is a plus.

Work Environment

The role operates within a professional office setting using the Jobboss internal system. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fond Du Lac, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
