Join us. **Job Description** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Office Manager to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee administrative operations within a large-scale federal construction management program in the National Capital Region. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in federal administrative processes, document control, and project management to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This onsite position offers the opportunity to contribute to a prestigious federal program, working on impactful projects within the National Capital Region. Overtime will not be permitted in this position. **The Administrative Office Manager’s responsibilities include:** + Manage and coordinate administrative operations for a large federal construction management program. + Oversee document control processes, ensuring accurate and timely documentation for projects exceeding $100M. + Utilize Kahua software to manage project documentation and workflows effectively. + Ensure compliance with federal administrative standards and requirements. + Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. + Provide support for obtaining and maintaining HSPD-12 clearance for team members. + Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize efficiency. + Monitor and report on administrative performance metrics. + Oversees administrative support services for specific group. + Responsible for coordinating administrative/clerical functions and support staff, including overseeing workload-leveling requirements. + Assigns and reviews office activities, circumvents and resolves problem areas, coordinates and performs project personnel administration activities, and interfaces with clients, vendors, and the public. + May assist with document production. + Accomplishes tasks with the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, office forms, office equipment, and the company’s policies, practices and procedures. + Displays good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and works cooperatively with others. + Supervises two or more employees. + Performs other related duties as assigned. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + BA/BS in Business Administration, Management, or a related field + 6 years of related experience AA/AS (US) + 8 years of related experience or Diploma/Certificate (Canada) + 8 years of related experience or HS/GED + 10 years of related experience + 2 years of experience working with Kahua software. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience as a Document Control Manager on federal projects exceeding $100M. + 5 years of federal administrative experience. + Experience as a Document Control Manager on federal projects exceeding $100M. + Fluency in English, both spoken and written. + Ability to obtain an HSPD-12 Clearance. + Experience with GSA or DoD construction management programs. + Strong organizational and multitasking skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. **Additional Information** + Sponsorship is not available for this role + Relocation is not available for this role Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
