Ensure exceptions processing for all Stop Order Premium Collections Processes for RMM/PF and for both Legacy and OMP Products.System knowledge advantage Omunet/OMP/BANCS and HyphenThis role provides immediate response to administrative requirements in accordance with SLA parameters, in a processing environment. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.Duties and Responsibilities
Follows standardised processes and provides administrative support in line with normal business functioning.Delivers on daily production standards and adheres to service and quality standards.Provides an indirect service to customers and intermediates.Responds to immediate requirements within procedure.Uses standard administrative techniques to co ordinate own work.Product and process knowledge in different areas may differ but basic skills remain the same.Moderate (intermediate) to high level of technical knowledge.Partially multi skilled across product and process relevant to the business area.Key Requirements
Ensure exceptions processing for Stop Order Premium Collections Processes for RMM/PF and for both Legacy and OMP Products.Statistical reporting.Strong administrative skills and good relationship building and be able to engage with internal as well as external stakeholders.Be able to multi function across the bigger team for additional administrative functions Legacy and OMP/GL.MS Excel (Intermediate to advance)Control Accounts (DD220, YPU, YUP,U9999, misdirected, Suspense C (Dummy Balancing)/Unallocated Statement TrayAttend to queries and escalations (Workflow/emails)RefundsProcess documenting and maintenance TestingDocument PreparationPrepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
Data Collection and AnalysisProduce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
Insights and ReportingExtract and combine data to generate standard reports.
Operational ComplianceDevelop working knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to own work, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure own work is undertaken to the required standards.
