We are hiring an Administration Manager to oversee office operations, logistics, and general services for our Egypt project. This role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective workplaces; manages the provision of personal protective equipment, transport, site access, and accommodation; and serves as the primary liaison with the customer, subcontractors, service providers, and relevant authorities on all administrative matters.

Duties and responsibilities Plan, equip, and maintain project offices and site workplaces to meet ergonomic and HSE standards. Manage office consumables, utilities, cleaning, pest control, and waste disposal. Maintain inventory of office equipment and furniture, including condition tracking and reconciliations. Administer staff housing and hotel bookings, including check-ins, maintenance, and documentation. Oversee PPE stock levels, issuance, compliance, and coordination with Procurement and HSE. Supervise transport services, including route planning, vehicle inspections, and usage reporting. Coordinate site access, work permits, and badge renewals with authorities and subcontractors. Organize project events and activities, managing logistics, approvals, and budgets. Maintain digital records and issue monthly administration reports. Implement workflows for staff requests and develop an administration management system aligned with project plans. Experience and qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities/Logistics Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered. Experience in administration/facilities, logistics, or office management in large, multi-site projects is an advantage. Languages: Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with SharePoint or document control tools is an advantage. Eligibility for site/security clearance in Egypt. Special job requirements Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through. Ability to run parallel workstreams with clear priorities. Effective communicator and negotiator with a service-oriented mindset. Practical problem-solver with a hands-on approach; comfortable in remote site conditions. Integrity, confidentiality, and strict adherence to HSE and security protocols. Moving forward together
