Volt is immediately hiring Facilities Administrator in Londonderry, NH 

As an Facilities Administrator you will:

Work closely with the facilities and operations teams to ensure alignment of CMMS activities. Regularly review and update asset information, maintenance schedules, and work order details. Provide training and support to maintenance staff and other CMMS users. Availability to escort vendors who perform onsite work. Assist with the setup and teardown of meeting rooms and event spaces. Complete small projects such as placing orders, process purchase orders, reorder office supplies and maintenance materials. Other tasks as assigned by the manager.


This is a 12 Month full time Contract opportunity.
 
The ideal candidate will have:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or bachelor’s in administration preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Facilities coordinator or related role At least 2 years of experience administering a CMMS. Must have experience training all skill levels on CMMS, executive to operator level. Experience working in a manufacturing/office environment. Walking and or standing for at minimum 1 hour.

 

Preferred Skills:

Proficient knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office, Strong communication skills, multi-tasking skills, Ability to prioritize tasks, Flexibility, Ability to adapt to unplanned emergency


Pay Range: $32 – 35 per hour.
 
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
