This role plays a key part in coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and assisting recruiters and management to ensure smooth staffing processes. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to recruiters, managers, and staffing coordinatorsAnswer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries from candidates and clientsMaintain and update employee records, credentials, and compliance documentsAssist with onboarding paperwork, background checks, and license verificationSchedule interviews, orientations, and assignmentsPrepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal documentsMaintain organized digital and physical filing systemsAssist with payroll support, timekeeping, and invoicing as neededPerform general office duties and special projects as assigned
