The Administration Assistant is an entry level position within the In-vitro Toxicology publishing group, providing support with administrative tasks both for the group and the department. The role will incorporate support with the preparation of study data and non-study data for archiving.
This role is based at our site in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
Duties include:
Study Support
Prepare and check study data and non-study data for archiving
Archive Study Data within the Pristima system
Collect, scan and file protocol and report signatures
Book studies onto the departmental SharePoint site
General Support
Assist with transfer of data between departments
File study data and order office stationery and other items, as required
Maintain and update relevant departmental spreadsheets, as required
Monitor and maintain central Outlook inboxes, as required
General administrative tasks as assigned, which may include, but are not limited to, distribution of post, updating the departmental telephone list and annual leave records.
Assist with arrangements for working lunches, making internal bookings as required/ requested
