You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.

How you will contribute

You will:

Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships with those you supportPerform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processesAnswer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriatelyManage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policyComplete and update reports and maintain systems and dataUndertake additional projects and tasks as requestedCoordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required

More about this role

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.

Job Specific: Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred. HR experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Travel Requirements: Minimal. Required to be at the facility daily.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
