Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Admin Services Associate to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to business operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls in the management office and provide information or direct calls to the appropriate contact.Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring visitor protocols are followed.Review, validate, and submit invoices for approval, coordinating with relevant departments for discrepancies.Prepare and monitor purchase orders, support contract documentation and renewal tracking, and communicate with vendors or suppliers for order fulfillment and inquiries.Essential Skills
General computer knowledge and the ability to navigate various systems and applications, troubleshooting basic technical issues.Proficiency in general office tasks such as filing, scheduling, handling phone calls, and maintaining organized workspaces.Ability to greet and assist guests in a courteous, confident, and professional manner.Skilled in email management, composing, organizing, and responding to emails efficiently with attention to tone and clarity.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, for day-to-day operations.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Effective communication skills.Strong organizational skills.Ability to multitask and maintain professional office etiquette.Experience as a team player.0-2 years of experience in administrative roles or related fields.Preferred but not required: property management experienceAt least a GED or equivalent is required.Work Environment
This is an onsite position located at 655 New York Avenue NW, Washington DC, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST. You will be working closely with the management team onsite. The work environment is professional, requiring adherence to visitor protocols and the use of typical office equipment and software.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Washington, DC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
