Support department head and staff members in day-to-day tasks. Handle correspondence, including emails, memos, and letters. Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines. Miscellaneous administrative tasks, including maintaining supplies and preparing mailings Scheduling appointments Preparing reports Coordinating meetings and events Printing, scanning, copying, binding, and preparing and distribution packages of information, both printed and electronic; Other tasks assigned by Manager. Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.  

 

Job Qualifications

 

Bachelor/Engineer degree. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good event arrangement skills
