ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and document management.Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required.Coordinate for meeting management, appointments, travel arrangements, and events.Maintain attendance and leave records of staff.Manage fleet operations, airport pickups, and driver scheduling/arrangements.Respond to inquiries and requests from employees and external parties in a timely and professional manner.Manage relationships with travel agencies, accommodation providers, and other vendors.Monitor vendor performance, process invoices, and resolve any operational issues.Support facilities management activities, including maintenance coordination and office repairs.Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative procedures.
