**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
+ Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.
+ Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
+ Draft, modify and implement company policies.
+ Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.
+ Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.
+ Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
+ Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
+ Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
+ Supporting for Sunrise meeting presentation.
+ Supporting for Co-ordinating morning meeting, preparing Minutes, tracking the permit deviations presented in the morning safety meeting.
+ Supporting for Preparing list of activities to present in meeting, Sharing the permit deviation report to all CBRE team members.
+ Completing the Quarterly Compliance Checklist for all the buildings.
+ Supporting for Completing the online submission of compliance data in Compliance Automation Tool for all the buildings.
+ Supporting for Preparing and collating ad hoc reports if any.
+ Preparing the Monthly and Quarterly Operational Cover note (Operational Summary)
+ Supporting for Collating and sharing the weekly major activity update to client
+ Supporting for Participating and presenting in Due Diligence meetings for DLF’s client
+ Co-ordinating for e-waste and waste disposal
+ Co-ordinating internal and external audits on ad hoc basis.
+ Preparing the Monthly Asset Management Review presentation.
+ Organising and co-ordinating events for employees
+ Graduate in any discipline
+ Good communication skills
