Purpose:礼来中国质量部实习生需负责协助礼来中国产品投诉专员的投诉案件翻译及投诉样品管理。 The purpose of the Lilly China Quality Intern role is responsible for supporting China affiliate RCP to translate product complaint cases and manage complaint samples. Primary Responsibilities: 1.产品投诉案件以及其它质量相关文件的翻译工作。 Translation of product complaint cases and other quality-related documents. 2.协助处理中国区域的产品投诉:协助产品投诉专员接收及寄出投诉样品。 Complaint Process support: assist RCP to handle the activities related with Complaint samples receipting and shipping. 3.协助文件管理。 Support to Product Quality for documents management. 4.主管安排的其他工作。 Other tasks assigned by Supervisor. Minimum Qualification Requirements: •本科及以上学历,翻译相关专业 Bachelor degree or above, majored in Translation •能用英语听,说和写 Capable of listening, speaking and writing in English in fluency Other Information/Additional Preferences: ▪良好的沟通能力(书面及口语),组织能力,磋商能力及其积极主动的能力。 Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and negotiation skills, self-motivated and proactive. ▪认真负责的工作态度,以及高质高效完成工作的能力。 Responsible work attitude, as well as the ability to complete work with high quality and efficiency. ▪每周至少3-4天上岗,5天上岗优先。 At least 3-4 Days a week available, 5 days/week preferred.
