Answers phones, takes messages, schedules appointments, Q&A requests from clients & patients.
Welcomes and directs, patients, visitors and clients.
Organizes patient records and supports special projects of confidential administrative matters
Types and creates general/confidential memos, reports, emails, letters and documents
Processes paperwork related to daily patient activity / maintains general files for the clinic.
Administers multiple tasks and prioritizes responsibilities with little or no supervision.
Supports other team members, as needed.
Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong time-management, multi-tasking and prioritization in a fast-paced/busy environment.
Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints.
Familiarity with medical terminology.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
Ability to think critically and make decisions, while adhering to company policies.
Ability and initiative to streamline and suggest improved processes.
Ability to work independently.
A keen sense of humor!

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
