**HR Administration**
**1. Talent Acquisition:**
+ Updating job descriptions and maintaining database of JDs
+ Coordinating and scheduling interviews with Hiring Manager
+ Closing all pre-employment checks as per HR Policy
+ Update/File CVs of candidates in database
+ New Hire Announcement
**2. Employee Onboarding**
+ Coordinate for onboarding plan for all new hires with hiring managers
+ Provide orientation on key HR processes
+ Provide support to new hires – documentations, insurance, fuel card, office assets eg laptop, mobile phone, keys etc.
**3. Training and Development**
+ Arrange training registration as per approved requests.
+ Maintains training record as per audit requirements
**4. Employee Offboarding:**
+ Coordinates with line managers and complete file and exit checklist with relevant signatures and requirements
**5. HR Operations:**
+ Maintain employee’s attendance records and Leaves.
+ Addition/Deletion of employees’ insurance
**General Administration**
**1. Reception:**
+ Receiving and distributing of mails
+ Attending incoming calls and forward to concern department.
+ Office administration such as courier service, stationery, and printing material ordering, employee visiting / name cards, printing of company letterheads, envelopes and ensure sufficient stock level for smooth business running.
+ Greeting all visitors and colleagues; and act as back up when Supervisor is on leave.
+ Act as the key contact for fleet management, check monthly logs, monitor fuel billing through (PSO fuelink Portal) process invoices through finance.
+ Supervise Janitorial staff.
+ Cafeteria management (cleanliness, grocery consumption, stock management).
+ Maintain Generator Log and fuel and analyze fuel consumption.
+ Liaise with different department to allocate workstation and floor plan.
+ Supports HR Manager in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
+ Vendor management: Liaise with vendors, office suppliers to manage office maintenance of lighting, photocopy, fax machine, coffee machine, plant and flowers etc.
+ Ensure the office set up is to the mark regarding HSSE perspective and maintenance of fire extinguisher, smoking detector, and CCTV camera are active.
+ Communication (replacement, allotment, block) management.
+ Any task assigned by the manager.
