Provide timely and accurate responses to customers, ensuring satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
Process customer orders and monitor the fulfillment process.
Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and resolution of customer issues.
Assist with developing customer feedback surveys and reporting.
Support other customer service-related administrative tasks.
