ResponsibilitiesUtilize Excel and MS Office Suite for accurate data entry.Ensure correctness of data on invoices and other job-related paperwork.Perform data entry tasks using QuickBooks as needed.Support accounting tasks with entry-level focus on accounts payable or receivable.Assist with scanning, document tracking, and electronic filing using Google Drive.Process payments and credit transactions efficiently.Essential Skills2-5 years of experience as an admin assistant or receptionist, preferably in construction or service industries.Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite.Familiarity with QuickBooks and entry-level accounting.Additional Skills & QualificationsReceptionist experience or degree with potential for growth within the company.Basic marketing skills.Bilingual capabilities are a plus.Adobe experience.Work Environment
The office is a family-oriented environment with a focus on work-life balance and a 'work hard, play hard' ethos. The team is diverse, and open communication is encouraged. The working hours are Monday through Thursday from 7 AM to 4 PM, with flexibility to cover Fridays or work a five-day week if desired. This position is long-term with potential for permanent employment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
