What you’ll do
Manage core admin activities for a busy team: calendar support, meeting scheduling, travel coordination, and expense processing—growing scope as you ramp.
Coordinate internal events and team rituals (all-hands, offsites, learning sessions), from logistics and vendor coordination to attendee communications.
Draft concise agendas, capture action items and decisions, and maintain shared documentation so teams can move quickly.
Support internal communications by creating short blog posts, updates, or spotlights that amplify wins and share lessons learned.
Own well-scoped, entry-level projects (e.g., process checklists, event playbooks, onboarding kits) with mentorship and clear success criteria.
Shadow experienced coordinators to learn best practices, then progressively take the lead on recurring workflows.
Track simple operational metrics (attendance, on-time starts, satisfaction surveys) and suggest small, measurable improvements.

Preferred0–2 years in administrative support, operations, event planning, student leadership, or similar experience (internships/co-ops count).
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with calendaring, conferencing, and basic project tracking tools.
Your ImpactWe believe in clarity and setting you up for success. In your first 30/60/90 days, you will:
30 days: Complete onboarding, shadow key workflows, and publish your first internal update.
60 days: Independently run a recurring meeting (agenda, notes, follow-ups) and co-run a small team event using a standard playbook.
90 days: Own a lightweight process improvement (e.g., request intake, event checklist) and report simple metrics that show time saved or higher satisfaction.
Over time, your work will streamline how PDO collaborates, communicates, and executes—freeing teams to focus on innovation and customer value.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $62,000 - $94,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.Disability Accommodations and Guidewire’s Appeals Process.
