This hybrid position supports the Early Development CRUs and facilitates various participant facing on-site activity in the Austin site. Coordinates all participant-facing activities to promote positive and study-compliant experience, directly contributing to retention rates. Responsibilities also include data entry, coordinating specialist appointments as referred by study doctors, processing medical record requests, collaborating with recruitment efforts to meet sponsor timelines, and performing various clinic tasks.
Coordinates and partners with the Subject Relations Associate to ensure a sufficient and diverse range of volunteer activities. These efforts aim to foster positive volunteer morale and create a welcoming, supportive environment for individuals staying in the facility overnight.Represents Trialmed at external community events to promote the clinic's goals and procedures. Educates potential volunteers to encourage participation in screening, enrollment, and study completion, thereby supporting successful recruitment and retention across all clinical studies.Performs additional duties as assigned.Qualifications: Education and Experience: High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Technical positions may require a certificate Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.
